FLT Form
Terms of Service
Effective date: March 23, 2026
Use of FLT Form
FLT Form is provided to support internal flight request, scheduling, approval, and aircraft operations workflows for authorized flight departments and their invited users. You may use the service only for lawful business and operational purposes.
Authorized Access
You are responsible for using only your assigned account, protecting your login credentials, and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access. Access may be limited or revoked if use is inconsistent with your role or department permissions.
Department Data
Each flight department is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters into FLT Form, including users, passenger information, aircraft data, request details, approvals, costs, and uploaded records. You agree not to upload information you do not have the right to use or share.
Acceptable Use
You may not use FLT Form to probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls, tenant boundaries, or access restrictions. Automated use is permitted only where explicitly authorized as part of your department’s operational workflow.
Availability and Changes
FLT Form may be updated, improved, restricted, or taken offline for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Features and workflows may change over time as the service evolves.
Uploads and Records
Uploaded files, request data, and operational records may be stored for scheduling, audit, cost-tracking, compliance, and support purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring submitted records are appropriate for your organization’s use.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time to protect the service, the data of other departments, or the integrity of flight operations.
